  5. Thingamablog is a cross-platform, standalone blogging application
  6. that makes authoring and publishing your weblogs almost effortless. 
  7. Unlike most blogging solutions, Thingamablog does NOT require a 
  8. third-party blogging host, a cgi/php enabled web host, or a MySQL 
  9. database. In fact, all you need to setup, and manage, a blog with 
  10. Thingamablog is FTP, SFTP, or network access to a web server.

  13. Running Thingamablog

  16. -make sure a Java Virtual Machine is installed (minimum JRE 1.4)
  17. - Under windows click on thinga.exe, thingamablog.jar, or run.bat

  19. - entrer java -jar thingablog.jar from the commandline.
